Smart phone market that we are not accustomed to seeing many of the NEC brand, “the thinnest smart”news later, came the news of the water-proof smart.

The leak which arrives courtesy of a pamphlet found by datacider suggests the handset which measures in at 7.9mm thick, will join the NEC Medias N-06C by sporting a waterproof body which has been tested against small water jets and one-meter immersion.

Other notable specs revealed include a 4-inch 480×854 LCD display, 1GHz processor, 1GB ROM, 512MB RAM and a 5-megapixel with 720p video.
